We make every effort to help each of our valued customers wherever possible.
However, we currently receive about 3x as many inquiries and orders as humanly possible, since our day has only 24 h.
For this reason, in the interest of our customers with orders already paid for, we must concentrate on the processing of webshop orders and repairs for the time being.

For this reason, we are NOT available by phone until further notice.
As the answering machine is permanently active, multiple calls unfortunately do not make any sense.

Please include in the e-mail ALL your vehicle data and also send pictures of the vehicle and the required parts.

Even better:
For your spare parts requirements, you should ideally use the original order numbers and the SEARCH function here in the webshop.
> If no ori. Spare parts list is available, please order in advance a suitable type CD for your model with (u.a.) Just this digitized original spare parts list!

Please also NO requests / orders by FAX!
> the much higher time effort to type everything by hand again, is unfortunately currently not feasible and makes in 99% of all cases little sense!
